Reviews help pet owners choose the right food for their dog or cat. We want every review on boostpet.co.uk to be a true account from a real customer. This policy explains what we do and don't allow, and how we handle reviews.

We don't allow fake reviews

A fake review is one that doesn't come from a real experience of the product, or that hides who wrote it or why. At Boost:

• We never write, buy or commission reviews, and we never ask anyone else to.

How we check reviews

• We check reviews for signs they may be fake, such as no matching purchase, many reviews from the same source, or content unrelated to the product.

• We publish all genuine reviews, positive or negative. We only remove a review if it is fake, offensive, contains personal information, isn't about the product or our service, or breaks the law. The same rules apply to good and bad reviews.

Report a review If you think a review on our site is fake or breaks this policy, email us at hello@boostpet.co.uk. We will look into it and remove any review we find to be fake.

Reviews on other websites

Reviews of Boost on other sites, such as Amazon, Trustpilot or retailer websites, are run under those sites' own rules. We follow their rules and this policy.
