Subscriptions can be paused, cancelled, amended or restarted at any time.
Is there a minimum subscription period?
No our subscriptions are flexible, you can pause, cancel, amend, or restart at any time.
When will I be charged?
Your nominated payment method will be charged when you place your order and the corresponding day for any future subscription purchases, if you wish to change the day your orders are placed, this can be managed by logging into your account.
How do I amend or change my order?
If you login to the members login section on the website you can update your plan, change your box, pause, or cancel at any time.
What if I am away on holidays?
If you are away simply login to the members section on the website and pause your subscription while you are away.
If you are taking your pet with you simply utilise the insulated packaging, you received with delivery to freeze meals on the go or alternatively if you will be in the UK why not redirect your delivery.
Do I have to be home when Boost is delivered?
No. We know everyone has enough going on life without waiting around for deliveries.
Our boxes are designed and insulated to keep deliveries at the right temperature for the delivery day so just take your box in when you return home.
Make sure you liaise with the carrier on a safe place to leave your box or an alternative location. Watch out for an SMS notification on the day of delivery.
Will I get a delivery slot?
Yes. The morning of your delivery you will receive a notification with the time estimate that your box will be delivered.
